Addiction 4 is the fourth print in the Addiction series.

The idea came from a story I wrote some years ago:

I wanted to raise tropical fish.
I spent all my savings maintaining my tank,
From simple stones to agate decorations,
From artificial plants to rare aquatic plants.

My room was dimly lit,
With no extra furniture around.

Later, someone came to take my tank.
Not to borrow it, but because I owed a debt.
So, they took the only valuable thing I had—
My tank.

With my fish tank stand now empty,
I bought a small fishbowl,
And placed it where the big tank used to be.
Every time I saw the small bowl,
I remembered the big tank,
And it filled me with sorrow.
My heart would ache,
And tears would flow uncontrollably.

I seemed to get used to it.
I often found myself staring at the goldfish.
Eventually, my sorrow became overwhelming,
And I died of a heart attack.

In my will, I asked the creditor to scatter my ashes into my big tank,
So I could always admire my precious fish,
Watching people come and go from the building below.

But then, the city experienced a major blackout.
Everyone left.
The once-grand building fell into decay.
With no oxygen,
My fish died,
Resting on the ashes of my remains.
